Reshare on Instagram – Instagram is in the process of testing out a new and exciting “repost” feature, which would allow its users to share Instagram content that they like on their feeds. If released to the public, this new reshare feature is rumoured to be named “Regram”.

This new feature was recently noticed by a social media consultant who then shared screenshotted images with his followers on his Twitter profile. Instagram has since confirmed that they are indeed in the process of exploring the idea of the app being able to reshare posts. They are considering this option as they want users on the platform to be able to share content that resonates with them.
This is just another big feature by Instagram, following their pattern of big releases since the beginning of the year! The feature is still under evaluation and therefore it is not guaranteed that this feature will definitely be released.
If the new reshare feature is to be officially released in the weeks to come, this would be the very first time that public posts would be able to be shared by other accounts within Feeds. Keep your eyes peeled!
