When choosing influencers for gen Z opt for micro-influencers. Gen Z relates more to micro-influencers.  A micro-influencer is anyone who has a following of between 1,000 and 100,000 on social media, however, micro-influencers drive more engagement than their celebrity counterparts.

4. Engage with customers

For Generation Z, reviews play an important role in building brand trust. Gen Z want brands to respond to feedback.  Gen Z determines the authenticity of a brand by their responsiveness. Positive or negative feedback, always reply to reviews. For positive reviews, make sure you tailor your response so potential customers can see it is not just a one-size-fits-all reply. With negative reviews, you need to show readers that you have acknowledged the problem and are doing everything you can to resolve it.

5. Highlight your dedication to privacy

Gen Z agreed that protecting their privacy is very important to them. Less than a third of teens are comfortable with sharing their personal details online, aside from contact information and purchase history.  Some said they would feel better sharing this personal information if they trusted the brand would securely protect it. when you ask to gather information, do so with transparency, and openly highlight your commitment to making sure their data remains safe and secure.
